Q. What are your product guarantees?
A. LIVE DELIVERY IS GUARANTEED. All claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery. NOTE: Crickets hibernate at temperatures below 50 degrees. Allow 3 hours at room temp for crickets to become active before assessing any losses. Additionally, each box of crickets contains approximately a 20% over-count to compensate for expected losses during transit. Please refer to the care sheet for detailed info.

Q. Do you offer bulk pricing?

Q. Which shipping carriers do you use?
A. Shipping is available through USPS, FEDEX, or commercial airlines. The default shipping method for online orders is USPS Priority Mail. Priority Mail orders arrive within 2 days in most instances. Bulk orders are sent via FEDEX or commercial air cargo. Feel free to contact us concerning your shipping preferences.
