Shipping Tips
Cricket shippers will not fit in most mail receptacles, so be sure there is a suitable location away from direct sunlight for the mail carrier to leave your order.
If you have concerns about orders being left on your doorstep, consider having your shipment held at your local post office or DHL facility. Simply enter “HOLD AT POST OFFICE” or “HOLD AT DHL” in place of your shipping street address.
Live Delivery Guarantee
LIVE DELIVERY IS GUARANTEED. All claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
NOTE: Crickets hibernate at temperatures below 50 degrees. Allow 3 hours at room temp for crickets to become active before assessing any losses. Additionally, each box of crickets contains approximately a 20% over-count to compensate for expected losses during transit. Please refer to the care sheet for detailed info. |
